Great video: thanks! 59 year old woman here. I’ve been strength training for 10 years but recently moved to heavier dumbbells and now have distal biceps tendinopathy (thankfully not rupture..) in my dominant arm. I’ll be doing these exercise religiously over the coming weeks 🤞

Gym is the best pace at injuring yourself doing stupid shit you never do in everyday life.
Nothing worked for me. None of these videos. For me, the carnivore diet has greatly fixed it.
I find this exercise annoying easy, I hold a 20kg plates and it is still more of a balance and abs challenge than quads
The band exercises I wish I could do at home but don’t have this ability

I really appreciate your content and have subscribed. I've been making pretty massive gains in and out of the gym for the last 14 months post divorce (43m). I've been lucky to have stumbled upon and eliminated some weak spots as I go heavier and more challenging. It started with golfer's elbow although Im not a golfer. That's gone 100% after working with lighter weight and going more full weighted stretches some days to strengthen that part of my elbow. I also worked some weaknesses in my shoulders to keep that elbow pain gone for good. Then it was knee pain that I had for years, which were dealt with amazingly fast by regular stretching and strengthening of the hip flexors. This lower bicep pain I thought might be the one that benches me for a while but I've tried all of these exercises in this video and its pain free. That tells me I have more strengthening to go through to work my tendon back to normal. THANKS!!!!

What about prehab for closing doors? I squat quite a lot and do Mobility but tore my meniscus closing a door and i dont want that to happen again
This is helpful stuff, but huge amount of talking without any exercises till over 1/2 way through...
The stretching really helped. No pain. I can walk barefoot, no pain. The pressure point at my heels and arch hurts when I wear closed cord shoes. And the pain radiates to entire right leg. Only 1 feet and leg hurts. So, I guess the root cause is the shoe.
Had all that and close to super human strength and one fuck up on the wrestling matt and now i can't even get off the floor
Thank you for helping me with this issue but I also have what they called lateral foot stress. Its so painful that I might've to see a foot doctor. Do you know anything about healing it? ❤❤ thank you once again
Where is the exact protocol? How many days per week, of what exercises, how many reps, and perhaps some type of progression chart?

But don’t put weight on it. How’s it going to move if you have your body weight on your tibia?
Stretching alot is not a good solution for plantar fasciitis... Walk barefoot and do strengthening exercises everyday...

From SC. Need ACDF surgery C5-C6 SEVERE NERVE encroachment and severe stenosis left side. BUT it's my thoracic PAIN that is so severe. I'm not confident that the surgery will help the thoracic pain. Could shoulder pain cause the thoracic pain and not the neck?? Ty
7 weeks post-op from a multi-level ACDF (C3-6). Best of luck.

If you don't run you have a less likelihood of getting injured from running. Running is one of the worst forms of cardio you can ever do it is so bad on your ligaments, joints and knees. Walk or use a stationary bike. Those have been scientifically proven as the best two forms of cardio. Plus, when you run or jog it burns Muscle glycogen or sugar not fat. Walking burns fat, and burning fat is what you want.

Had PF about a year ago finally disappeared. Yesterday did a 20 hour dry water fast, rhis morning got up to the pain of PF in my right foot, just read in one of the comments rhat dehydration can set this off. No more dry water fasting.
Thank you for your clear explanations. I am a 72 year old female and I’ve been doing deadlifts for a bout 12 months. I was shown how to do them by my physios as I need to make my bones stronger. I really appreciate your advice on warming up the body. My back feels so much stronger. I think doing lighter lifts to warm up has helped me not to be injured. Thanks again.

As long as it's comfortable and not making symptoms worse it's generally fine!
Hi fellas! I'm 9 weeks post-op from RTKR. I'm 10 degrees short of full kmee extension & worried. 😑 I am now doing many exercises daily to correct it. I did 6 weeks physio & worked hard at the program. Due to financial reasons I went back to work last week. My job has a lot of walking but I do limp. Is there still hope? Any advice for me ? Tfs 😊
